I was very sad to read about Paul's death. I worked with Paul in the late 70s in Los Angeles. We drove together to the office every day and Paul always made the long commute in LA traffic both intellectually stimulating and highly entertaining. Dear Diane and family Although we just got to know Paul in the past year we came to realize what a warm , kind and special person he was. Always the first to come and help us out with whatever needed to be done We got to spend time with him on our ride up to the cottage and came to learn about his amazing accomplishments He was a very special person and he will be very missed Love Pam and Sam

I met Paul over 32 years ago when we were both at Peat Marwick Consulting in Vancouver and we have been personal friends and colleagues ever since. He was instrumental in introducing me to the world of IT consulting in those early days and I learned from the best. We discovered we shared the same birthday Exactly - same year! early on and that became the basis of many annual greetings no matter where we were in the world. We shared the wild world of each raising two daughters! Paul was the brightest individual I have ever met, brilliant to talk with and I will miss him. Linda and I send our best to Diane, her family and Kristen and Sonja and will be saying a quiet prayer for Paul from Vancouver.
